What is the minimum lease term?
The minimum lease for our furniture and accessory packages is three months.
Will we have to make a deposit on the furniture?
Companies leasing furniture do not have to secure their order with a deposit after their credit application has been approved by Executive Furniture Leasing.
How long does it take to get the furniture once the order is processed?
Due to our large warehousing facility and experienced delivery drivers, we can deliver furniture and accessory packages within 24-48 hours anywhere within our standard delivery area during the normal business week. (Monday-Friday)
What is your "standard" delivery area?
We deliver and set up our furniture and accessory packages free of charge to High Point, Greensboro, Burlington, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We will deliver outside of that area for an additional delivery and set-up fee.
How will you bill us for the furniture?
We will send your company monthly itemized statements for your furniture packages and any accessories or add-ons you have ordered. We accept all major credit cards.
What if we only need to lease one or two furniture items, not the whole package?
We can only lease furniture in the packages shown in the "Furniture Packages" area of the website. We do not rent furniture on a per-room or per-item basis. We are not a rent-to-own company.
What if we need a special-order item added to our package that is not shown on your website?
We strive to accommodate the needs of our customers, and will make every effort to secure and special-order items needed to complete your furniture or accessories package.
