What is the minimum lease term for furniture packages? The minimum lease for our furniture and accessory packages is 3 months.
Will we have to put down a deposit on the furniture? Companies leasing furniture do not have to secure their order with a deposit after their credit application has been apporoved by Executive Furniture Leasing.
How long does it take to get the furniture once the order is received at your office? Due to our large warehousing facility and experienced delivery drivers, we can delivery furniture and accessory packages within 24 hours anywhere within our standard delivery area during the normal business week (Monday - Friday).
What is your “standard delivery area”? We deliver and set up our furniture and accessory packages free of charge to Greensboro, Burlington, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We will deliver outside that area for an additional delivery and set-up charge.
How do you bill us for the furniture? We will send your company monthly itemized statements for your furniture packages and any accessories or add-ons you have ordered. We accept all major credit cards.
What if we only need to lease one or two furniture items, not the whole package? Executive Furniture Leasing can only lease furniture in the packages shown in the “Furniture Options” area of the web site. We do not rent furniture on a per-room or per-item basis.
What if we need a special-order item added to our package that is not shown on your website? We strive to accommodate the needs of our customers, and will make every effort to secure any special-order items needed to complete your furniture or accessories package.
